An automatic grease pump was installed on a Devlon 6LC excavator five months after purchase to address maintenance inconvenience. The pump was mounted behind the operator’s seat at a location that does not interfere with machine operation. A centralized lubrication system was configured with one main distributor and multiple secondary distributors: two on the boom for precise grease metering, one on the arm/cylinder side for low-consumption points, and a dedicated H-link distributor set to deliver the highest grease volume due to high bushing wear.
