A automatic grease pump was installed on a 2021 Volvo EC300E excavator to enable fully centralized lubrication. Existing grease nipples were removed and replaced with a main distributor feeding three secondary distributors. Grease lines were routed to all major lubrication points, including swing bearing, boom cylinders, arm, H-link, and bucket. High-risk areas were reinforced with steel piping to prevent line damage. System operation was verified before completion, and usage and maintenance guidance was provided to the owner.
